Using Quotations To Get More Relevant Results

 Dear Friend,

I am going to reveal to you a little trick you can do when using a search engine to give you much better results pertaining to what you are looking for.

Most of the time when people use a search engine they just simply type in the word(s) that they would like to search for and press search. Now if you search for something using more than one word you will notice in the listings that the search engine gives you the words you are searching for bolded. However they might be scattered throughout that listing.

For this example we are going to use the phrase dog training techniques. I searched Google and it returned over 11 million results for that phrase. Now you can see I copied the #1 listing for you, take a look and notice your keywords bolded and scattered throughout the listing below.

Basic Training Techniques

The simple little trick to reveal more relevant results is to place quotations around your keyphrase. This only searches for an exact match of those words in the order in which you typed them.

Now when placing quotations around the phrase dog training techniques, Google only returns a little under 150,000 results, now that is a big decrease in the results returned.

As well as more relevant to your term dog training techniques. Notice below your phrase is only shown exactly as you typed it in. This means this page is more likely to have the quality content you are looking for on dog training techniques.

So next time you are at Google or any other search engine and have a phrase that is more than one word, go ahead and throw some quotations around it.

Look forward to the next few issues I will be discussing some search commands that also can help very much in the quest for better quality content.
